nanoCEE is a highly advanced form of creatine monohydrate. From a structural point of view science has figured out how to add an ethyl ester molecule to regular creatine monohydrate. This leaves us with an ester bonded form of creatine monohydrate, truly the next generation of creatine supplementation.
The combining of an ethyl ester molecule and creatine monohydrate is quite significant. Under normal circumstances regular creatine monohydrate is NOT very easy for the body to absorb.
